If you're a LeadRot user or a business owner whose public data appears in our system, you can exercise your privacy rights below. We respond within 30 days.

What happens next

  1. You receive a confirmation email with your reference number.
  2. We verify your identity (we may ask for additional proof).
  3. We process your request within 30 calendar days.
  4. You receive a final confirmation when your request is complete.

Your rights under GDPR & CCPA

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete: Request complete deletion of your data.
  • Right to Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to Object: Object to processing of your data.

You can also email requests directly to info@leadrot.com. For complaints, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., ANSPDCP in România, ICO in the UK, DPA in your EU member state).
